RETURNS POLICY


Returns are accepted for the following conditions within 14 days from your dated receipt:

1. Your lenses arrived damaged during shipment.
We will gladly resend your order, but you must return the damaged vials including contents and write on your receipt that the lenses you received were damaged. Return the lenses to the address on the receipt when you received your lenses. If you do not send back the damaged lenses within 14 days from the date of your receipt, you will be charged for the second shipment.
2. The lenses that you received were not what were ordered.
We will gladly resend your order, but you must return the incorrect lenses and write on your receipt that the lenses you received were not what you had ordered. Return the lenses to the address on the receipt when you received your lenses. If you do not send back the lenses that were not ordered within 14 days from the date of your receipt, we can't replace it. Also you will be charged for the second shipment.
3. You have changed your mind about the lenses you received, and the lens bottles or boxes have not been opened or damaged in anyway.
We will gladly refund your money excluding the shipping charge, handling charge of AUD$5, if we receive your returned package within 14 days from the date of your receipt. You must write on your receipt that you have changed your mind and that you would like a refund. Return the lenses to the address on the receipt when you received your lenses.

REASONS WHY WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN:
1. You have had the lenses in your possession for more than 14 days from the date on your receipt.
2. You have opened the lens bottles, broken the seal or boxes.
3. You have torn a lens while trying them on. Lenses are delicate and must be handled carefully. We are not responsible for damages to the product caused by the user

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
1. You must return them in the original condition received
2. The lens bottle seal must not be opened or tampered with
3. You must only return the ORIGINAL contact lenses received. All serial codes are noted on each order and will be checked when received in return. If you attempt to send back a pair of fake lenses, it will be automatically sent back to you and a refund will not be issued
